Visa Infinite Concierge

The goods and services cardholders request or otherwise choose to obtain through the Visa Infinite Concierge Service are provided by various third party service providers unrelated to Visa. Visa does not endorse, review or qualify these service providers. Visa makes no representations or warranties (either express or implied) about, and assumes no responsibility or liability for these service providers or the goods and services that may be obtained through the Visa Infinite Concierge. Neither Visa nor the Issuer is responsible for any claims or damages arising from use of any benefits or services provided by a third party. Visa cannot guarantee the successful fulfillment of cardholders’ requests in all instances. There is no fee for the Concierge’s services, however cardholders are responsible for the cost of any goods or services (including any related fees or costs) authorized by the cardholder and purchased by the Visa Infinite Concierge on the cardholder’s behalf. All costs will be charged directly to the cardholder’s Visa Infinite card.

Guests who use their Visa Infinite card to reserve and pay for their stay at a Hotel Collection property through www.visainfinite.ca will automatically enjoy the following seven exclusive benefits:

1. BEST AVAILABLE RATE GUARANTEE
   The Visa Luxury Hotel Collection (“us”, “we” or “VLHC”) guarantees the best publicly-available rates whenever an eligible Visa cardholder (“you”) books a hotel room through us, subject to terms and conditions (the “Best Rate Guarantee”).

If you find a lower room rate on another website, please submit your rate match request here. We will match a rate if all of the following occur:

a. You submission is completed within 24 hours of making the original booking through us, and no later than 72 hours prior to original booking’s arrival date.

b. Your request for a rate-match specifies the lower rate and provides the exact link (URL) where we may confirm the lower rate.

c. Your rate match request is submitted in the same currency as your Visa Luxury Hotel Collection booking.

d. The lower rate for which you are requesting a match:

a) is at least USD 20 lower than the rate from your original Visa Luxury Hotel Collection booking.
b) is for the same hotel, has identical booking requirements (for example: room type, stay dates, length of stay, and number of guests) and has identical policies for payment and cancellation as your Visa Luxury Hotel Collection booking.
c) is available to the general public on a public-facing website, that does not require (1) registration (e.g., setting login credentials or a password), (2) paid membership or use based upon predefined user characteristics (e.g., rates intended only for employees of a particular company, members of a particular association, members of a reward or loyalty program, corporate/group rates, or military or government rates), (3) you to provide a coupon or promotional code, (4) you to contact the hotel or an agency directly.
d) does not have a “minimum night-stay” requirement, even if such requirement is met by your original Visa Luxury Hotel Collection booking.
e) is not a rate or special offer offered exclusively by booking directly with the hotel.
f) is not a pre-paid, non-cancellable, and/or non-refundable rate.
g) is not available on auction or flash sale websites like, but not limited to, Priceline or Hotwire.
h) is not a packaged rates that include the room with other travel and/or entertainment goods and services such as (but not limited to) airline tickets, car rentals, or show tickets.

We will review your request for a rate-match and respond within 48 hours.

If your rate match is approved, we will either adjust the nightly rate or a credit for the rate difference will be applied to your hotel folio at check out. We do not provide cash-backs, gift cards or reimbursements in any form directly to you.

By booking a hotel through us, you agree that (1) the Visa Luxury Hotel Collection decides, at its sole discretion, whether a rate is valid and meets the terms and conditions of the Best Rate Guarantee and (2) the Visa Luxury Hotel Collection’s decisions are final.

Visa Luxury Hotel Collection does not charge fees for making a booking or matching a rate.

The Visa Luxury Hotel Collection reserves the right to modify this Best Rate Guarantee at any time.

1. ROOM UPGRADE
   Upon availability at check-in, you will be upgraded to the next highest room class for the duration of your stay.
   
   
2. LATE CHECKOUT
   Late checkout is available upon request, upon availability by the hotel. At the time of check-in, or during the course of your stay, you may contact the front desk and request late checkout up to 3pm.
   
   
3. CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST DAILY
   For the length of your stay, you and one guest will receive complimentary continental breakfast daily. If the hotel does not offer continental breakfast, they will offer another dining or other benefit of equal value.
   
   
4. INTERNET ACCESS
   Upon check-in you will be provided with complimentary in-room internet access, if available, for the duration of your stay.
   
   
5. $25 FOOD/BEVERAGE VOUCHER OR CREDIT
   During your hotel stay you will receive one $25 voucher at check-in good for food/beverage within the hotel or a $25 credit at check-in. Limit of one $25 credit per room, per stay. A stay is defined as consecutive nights spent at the same hotel, regardless of check-in/check-out activity. Any charges over and above the credit described above will be applied directly to your account to settle upon departure. Credit has no cash value and is not valid on room rate or third party services.
   
   
6. VIP GUEST STATUS
   As a guest through the Visa Infinite Luxury Hotel Collection, you will be recognized within the hotel as a VIP Guest. VIP Guest services and amenities differ by property.
   
   Visa reserves the right to modify or cancel this offer at any time and without notice. The Visa Infinite Luxury Hotel Collection benefits and services are provided by the individual hotels or their operators and suppliers; neither Visa nor the Issuer is responsible for any claims or damages arising from use of the Visa Infinite Luxury Hotel Collection.

Visa Infinite Dining Series

Offers are available to Visa Infinite and Visa Infinite Privilege cardholders only. Limit of 6 tickets per cardholder, and tickets are subject to availability. Call 1-888-711-9399 for tickets, which may be refunded, at the cardholder’s request, up to 4 days before the event date. Cancellations made less than 4 days prior to the event date are non-refundable. Events may be modified or cancelled, by Visa, in whole or in part at any time, for any reason, without prior notice or liability to any person. Advertised chefs and sommeliers may change without notice. Seating requests and special dietary restrictions and allergies will be considered when requested at booking, but cannot always be accommodated. Please drink responsibly. Venues are not conducive to young children.

Visa Infinite Wine Country Program - Canada

Eligible Visa Infinite and Visa Infinite Privilege cardholders must be legal drinking age to participate in this benefit. Reservations are mandatory for the wineries that are flagged by a star [*] on visainfinite.ca. Please contact the winery directly for reservations, hours of operation, blackout dates and other details. Tours, tastings, selection of merchandise, including wine, may be subject to availability. Eligible Visa Infinite and Visa Infinite Privilege must be presented at winery and used for any program-related purchases. Wine experiences may be modified or cancelled, by Visa or wineries, in whole or in part at any time, for any reason, without prior notice or liability to any person. Please drink responsibly. Venues are not conducive to young children.

Visa Infinite Screening Series

Offers are available to eligible Canadian Visa Infinite or Visa Infinite Privilege cardholders as indicated only. The number of tickets per cardholder per event will be limited, and tickets are subject to availability. Tickets will be made available only at the on-sale time listed for each event. Events may be modified or cancelled, in whole or in part at any time, for any reason, without prior notice or liability to any person. Screenings are overbooked to ensure capacity. Visa is not responsible for overbooking. In the event that a screening is at capacity, cardholders and their guests may be issued passes valid for 1 screening of the film or another film each during its theatrical engagement.

Visa Infinite Troon Golf Benefit Terms & Conditions

You must be an eligible Canadian Visa Infinite cardholder with a valid Visa Infinite card to take advantage of the Visa Infinite Troon Golf Benefit.  The Visa Infinite Troon Golf Benefit may be cancelled if your Visa Infinite card is cancelled.  By reserving through Troon, the cardholder consents to be bound by all the terms and conditions, as stated herein through the Visa Infinite Troon Golf Benefit, as well as the Troon Rewards® Terms and Conditions and the Troon Privacy Policy.  Troon, Visa and its Issuers, or any of its Concierge providers, are not responsible for any claims or damages arising from this offer.  Troon and Visa reserve the right to modify or cancel this benefit at any time without notice.  Should you require assistance enrolling for this benefit, please call the Concierge on 1-888-853-4458.

Elevated Troon Rewards Status:

• Canadian-issued Visa Infinite credit cardholders are entitled to receive complimentary Silver Status in the Troon Rewards program upon enrollment into Troon Rewards via the Visa Infinite Troon website. Existing Troon Rewards members who register via the Visa Infinite Troon website will be upgraded to the next membership level.
• At the Silver, Gold and Platinum membership levels, the cardholder will be entitled to a 10%, 15% and 20% discount respectively on golf fees reserved on the Visa Infinite Troon website or on merchandise purchases made at the golf properties when using their Visa Infinite credit card.
