Visa Infinite Privilege features

In addition to special benefits and offers, your Visa Infinite Privilege card includes the following built-in features:

: Visa’s Zero Liability Policy protects you against unauthorized transactions made using your Visa prepaid card, for example if your card is used fraudulently, lost or stolen. Visa's Zero Liability Policy covers Canada-issued cards and does not apply to anonymous Visa Prepaid*, Visa Purchasing, Visa Corporate, Visa Commercial, or any transactions not processed by Visa. Visa cardholders must notify their financial institution immediately of any unauthorized use. For specific restrictions, limitations and other details, please refer to your issuer cardholder documentation.

*A Visa Prepaid Card will be considered anonymous if the cardholder’s identity has not been validated by the issuing financial institution (for example, a Visa Prepaid Gift Card).

: If your Visa Infinite Privilege card is lost or stolen, or if you need an emergency cash advance delivered (24 hours a day, seven days a week), call Visa Customer Service at 1-800-847-2911. Or call collect at 1-303-967-1096.

A representative will work with you to arrange a convenient location for you to pick up your emergency replacement card or cash advance, or will make arrangements for direct delivery - usually within 24 hours.
: Visa Customer Care Services (VCCS) provides 24-hour emergency services to Visa cardholders around the world.
: Enjoy peace of mind knowing that if your Visa Infinite Privilege card is lost or stolen, assistance is only a phone call away. With the Lost/Stolen Card Reporting service, reporting a lost or stolen card is simple. Just call Visa Customer Service at 1-800-847-2911, or 1-303-967-1096 collect, and a Visa representative will work with you to notify the appropriate parties and help replace your card.
